2020 - Quartet

Quartet, a boutique development in Walker’s Point, features 48 apartments and totals 66,200 GSF. Building on design innovations from Rhythm and Urbanite, Quartet offered spacious, affordable floor plans. Delivered in May 2020 during the COVID pandemic, it was 100% leased within four months. Quartet’s success, culminating in its sale in 2021, inspired New Land’s subsequent Element project three blocks west.
