Robert oversees maintenance and facilities improvements for the new construction portfolio. He brings 14 years of experience in property management to the company, with the past six years in a Maintenance Director role. His extensive experience includes HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire, and safety systems for multi-state portfolios holding in excess of 6000 units, and leading cross-functional teams of managers and technicians.
Robert is also closely involved with acquisitions and development, assisting with coordination and final
execution of new construction development projects, evaluating scopes for capital improvement projects, negotiating contracts, and ensuring optimal results.
