Sheldon joined New Land in 2019 and directs the property management, portfolio management, finance, accounting, legal, and risk management strategies for the company. Sheldon has over 22 years of experience in commercial real estate property and asset management, construction, and real estate development. He is a licensed attorney, real estate broker, Certified Property Manager (CPM-IREM), and Real Property Administrator (RPA – BOMI).
Sheldon holds a Juris Doctor degree from Marquette University Law School as well as an MBA and BS in Architecture from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Sheldon has served on the Executive Committee of The Building Owners and Managers Association International (BOMA) and chair of its research committee. He is also a member of BOMA Wisconsin, Commercial Association of Realtors (W1), and the Institute of Real Estate Management.
