New Land develops Lyon Court Condominiums – a 45-unit, 6-story project at 1515 N. Van Buren Street. While Milwaukee had some small-scale condominium developments, this was the first sizable multi-story, multi-family building constructed in the city after 15 years of inactivity in the market.
