2018 - Rhythm

Built in 2018, Rhythm is Milwaukee’s pioneering micro-apartment community. It comprises 140 apartments and totals 140,000 GSF. It features built-in storage, custom cabinetry, and convertible furniture, alongside expansive community spaces. The project utilized light gauge steel and introduced radiant hydronic technology for efficient in-floor heating.
